Vom 21. bis 25. Juli 2026 fand die Highline-Weltmeisterschaft bereits zum dritten Mal in Flims Laax statt. Erstmals wurde der internationale Wettkampf im rocksresort in Laax ausgetragen. Der neue Austragungsort bewährte sich: 41 Athlet:innen aus aller Welt traten in den Disziplinen Speed Highline und Freestyle Highline gegeneinander an. Der Weltrekord im Speed Highline der Männer wurde gleich viermal verbessert. Mehrere hundert Zuschauer:innen verfolgten die Wettkämpfe vor Ort, tausende weitere im Livestream. Am Samstagabend standen die neuen Weltmeister:innen fest.
